Our Partners & Team

Mrunalini started her career as a trainee with P. H. Mehendale & Co. After a short stint in an external consulting firm where she handled Taxation, Payroll, and Accounting matters of US and UK-based clients, she returned to our Firm and eventually became a Partner in 2005. She brings the rich post-qualification professional experience of over 21 years to our firm.

Mrunalini specializes in Audit and Assurance Services involving Statutory and Internal Audits & Management Audits. Her expertise also encompasses advisory services in the area of Direct Taxation and regularly represents the clients before the Tax Authorities, especially for HNIs and family offices of various client groups.

Rohit started his career as a trainee with P. H. Mehendale & Co. and continued with the Firm post qualification as an Associate till 2005. He became Partner of the Firm in 2005 and enriches the firm with post-qualification professional experience of over 21 years.

Rohit is actively involved in Advisory Practice in the area of Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, Financial Performance Evaluation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Syndication. He has been providing virtual CFO Services along with Management Consulting Services to many growing Companies over last two decades. He also specializes in advisory services including Internal Audits, Internal Control Evaluation, Internal Financial Controls, ERP Implementation and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

Mrunmayee started her career as a trainee with P. H. Mehendale & Co. in 2011 and continued with the Firm post qualification as an Associate till 2020. She was promoted to the position of partner at the firm in 2020 and brings post-qualification professional experience of over 7 years to our firm.

Apart from involvement in Auditing and Assurance Services involving Statutory & Internal Audits, Mrunmayee also specializes in the areas of Accounts Outsourcing, Record to Report (R2R) Process Management, Business Process Outsourcing, Payroll Processing, Salary Structuring and so on.
